Shipping a 10-Region Steam Game Solo: Claude as Project Manager

Escape the Grind is a financial life simulator I’m solo-shipping to Steam on August 18- 10 countries, real salaries, taxes, mortgages, and investments per region, 5 native language UIs. I built it over ~3 months using Claude as my project manager AND pair programmer: persistent memory for context and structured todos for execution. I’ll demo live: (1) the actual codebase (~14K-line React game component + Electron wrapper + Steam SDK), and (2) the AI-pair workflow that planned and executed Week-by-Week feature delivery from web version to Steam version.
